Alanna Sereboff, LSW

Psychotherapy Fellow

Psychotherapist offering sessions with adults, adolescents, and children. Approach rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and authenticity.

I view therapy as a process of accompaniment, where we work together to explore your experiences and emotions with intentionality and nonjudgement. I work with folks across the lifespan, from children to adults, and specialize in neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, and experiences related to gender and sexuality. In addition to psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches, I draw from relational and family systems perspectives, understanding that our connections with others—whether family, friends, or communities—play a significant role in shaping our emotional landscapes. I deeply value the interconnectedness of our inner worlds and the outside forces that shape us—our relationships, culture, and societal systems. In our work together, we’ll explore both the internal and external factors at play in your life, fostering insight and healing. Whether you’re seeking support with identity, relationships, or navigating life’s challenges, I am here to work alongside you with gentleness, curiosity, and a touch of humor. Together, we can explore your unique story and work toward growth and healing.
