I completed a fellowship in psychodynamic therapy at the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute and bring this depth-oriented perspective into my sessions. In addition to insight oriented therapy, I have an educational background in development, psychology, and social work. 

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship. As a psychodynamic therapist, I pay close attention to how your past and present experiences shape the way you feel, think, and relate to others. My goal is to offer a compassionate, grounded, and non-judgmental environment that allows you to gain insight, deepen self-understanding, and move forward with clarity and resilience.
