I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy play therapy and working with families. I have a background in education and child development, and appreciate the unique therapeutic experience of working with children.

Some of my areas of particular interest and experience are trauma and grief. My approach is both trauma and attachment-informed. I have a social work background and can bring a lens of social justice and systems to work with clients. While I provide psychodynamic talk therapy, I also enjoy integrating the arts, creativity, and occasional humor into the room. I strive to bring warmth, cultural humility, and a client-centered approach to my work.

I value meeting clients where they are. My approach stems from a spirit of curiosity, rather than judgment. One of the tenets of my practice is belief in the inherent holistic value and worth of every person. I believe that therapy can be a way to better understand ourselves, and to bring more compassion to ourselves.
