We share a need to make meaning of our lives, yet at times our attempts to do so break down. You may feel stuck or lost—like things don’t make sense. You may find yourself living at odds with what you value, or feel that your experience is pervaded by a profound sense of absence. In these moments, it is natural to feel adrift—to feel as if you were a stranger in your own life.

Making meaning is not an isolated endeavor, and you do not have to carry this alone. As a clinician, I provide a warm, attentive, and collaborative space where every part of your experience can be safely brought to light.

Together, we will explore the distinct threads of your life—tracing how your present feelings and relationships connect to your past history and future hopes. By bringing curiosity to your emotions, beliefs, dreams, desires, fears, and fantasies, we will work to understand the interwoven forces that shape who you are. This process opens up a free space in the present for passion and creativity—deepening your capacity for love and work so that you may come to embrace your life as your own creation and live up to the work love demands.
