Mark is a faculty member teaching in the Psychoanalytic Educaiton Program and in the Psychoanalytic Therapy Program.

Mark teaches Advanced Technique in the Psychoanalytic Education Program. He also teaches dynamic psychotherapy to the Psychiatry Residents at Rush University Medical Center. He has written about technique and about therapeutic action. In the past he has taught psychiatric residents at Michael Reese Hospital and at the University of Illinois courses in comparative psychotherapeutic approaches. He has been a visiting lecturer at the Pittsburg Psychoanalytic Institute. He currently supervises both psychoanalytic candidates and psychiatric residents. He is in private practice with two days in the Loop, and one day in Northbrook and two days virtually from home. He is not taking new patients.
