In-person Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, accepting new clients

My approach is rooted first and foremost in curiosity. Life is a series of beginnings, endings, transitions, and losses. Some of these experiences have likely been quite painful and inhibited growth. My interest lies in psychic and bodily expressions of conflict and suffering. With a background in the arts, I work creatively and collaboratively with my clients to find dynamic movement through free-play of ideas.

A therapeutic relationship is constructed through listening and trust built over time, holding the potential to shed light on parts of ourselves that have been overlooked or cast aside. Together, we can consider stories collected over the years and what lies beneath the surface. I aim to offer a non-judgmental space where my clients can dive safely into an exploration of their unique patterns and experiences. We will look at past and present-day struggles and how they interact, finding room for growth to begin again.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling & Psychotherapy from the Institute for Clinical Social Work and have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
