If you are reading this, something has likely been weighing on you for some time. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns in your life or relationships keep repeating. You may come with a clear concern, something harder to articulate, or simply a sense that something does not feel right, even when life appears fine on the surface.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other emotional or relational concerns. Having lived and worked in several countries, I am also attentive to experiences involving culture, identity, migration, and navigating life across cultures or generations.
My clinical work is grounded primarily in psychoanalytic traditions, drawing on formal postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Together, we pay careful attention to how past experiences and relationships may continue to shape how you feel, think, and relate to others, including patterns and reactions that may operate outside of awareness. By slowing things down and bringing these experiences into view, therapy can create opportunities not only for greater insight but also for meaningful change, greater freedom, and more fulfilling relationships.
My style is thoughtful, steady, and collaborative. I listen closely, attending not only to what is said but also to the meanings, emotions, and experiences beneath the words. I ask questions that matter, stay with you in difficult moments rather than rushing to solutions, and may offer a challenge when it seems useful, always in the service of understanding.
You do not need to begin therapy with the right words or a clear explanation. We can begin where you are, find language for what has been difficult to express or carry alone, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
