Psychotherapy Intern

Pre-licensed professional offering virtual and in-person talk therapy; bilingual in Chinese and English.

Our hearts hold many emotions, and sometimes they can feel too heavy to carry alone. You don’t have to go through those moments by yourself — if you’re willing, let me walk alongside you as we gently explore what lies within and make sense of your inner world together.

My therapeutic training and approach are grounded in psychodynamic theory and enriched by insights from other modalities, allowing me to tailor my work to each client’s unique needs. I was born and raised in China, completed my undergraduate studies in the United Kingdom, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University.

Having lived and studied across different cultural contexts, I deeply understand how language and culture shape our identities and experiences. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel safe, seen, and heard. I work with individuals navigating grief and loss, identity development, cross-cultural transitions, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and significant life changes. I offer counseling in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
